Shipping policy

1. Our Delivery Conditions

After order confirmation, we will send the ordered items to the delivery address you provided.

The usual delivery time is 3-5 business days.

For orders from abroad, the delivery time may be extended by up to 10 business days.

If delivery of the goods fails despite repeated delivery attempts, Tradiziun GmbH may withdraw from the contract.

2. Scope

We deliver in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, as well as to the countries of the European Union (EU)

3. Shipping Costs

For deliveries throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, we charge the following shipping costs:

Up to a goods value of CHF 100.00 → CHF 9.00
From a goods value of CHF 100.00 → Free

The following rates apply to EU countries:

Up to a goods value of €100.00 → €35.00
From a goods value of €100.00 → €50.00

If the actual shipping costs exceed the stated amount by more than 10%, Tradiziun GmbH reserves the right to charge the difference.

Transport insurance will only be taken out upon written instruction from the customer.

4. Promotional Vouchers

Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but are issued by us as part of advertising campaigns. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed under the conditions stated therein, by the respective recipient, within the specified period, and only once per person. Individual products may be excluded from voucher promotions.

Promotional vouchers can be redeemed for a minimum order value of CHF 30.00; the value of the goods must in any case be at least equal to the amount of the promotional voucher. Any difference to a higher value of goods must be settled using the payment options offered. Promotional vouchers are neither paid out in cash nor bear interest.

Refunds of promotional vouchers are excluded if the ordered products are returned in part or in full. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the order process is completed. Retroactive crediting is not possible. The promotional voucher is non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotional vouchers. If you used a promotional voucher for your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods you keep if – due to your cancellation – the total value of the order falls below the value of the promotional voucher.
