Terms of service
1 General Scope
Tradiziun GmbH reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) at any time. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply and may not be unilaterally changed for that order. Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions will not be accepted.
Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
The offer is valid as long as the product can be found via the search function in the online shop and is in stock.
2 Information
2.1 Products, Prices, and Shipping Costs
Product images in advertisements, brochures, online shop, etc. are for illustration purposes only and are non-binding.
All sales prices published in the online shop include all taxes (VAT), and, if applicable, advanced recycling fees (ARF).

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries.
2.2 Availability and Delivery Time
We place great importance on providing accurate availability information in the online shop. However, due to demand, production, or delivery bottlenecks, delays may occur. All information regarding availability and delivery time is therefore non-binding and subject to change at any time.
3 Contract Conclusion
The products and prices in the online shop constitute an offer. If pricing information is clearly incorrect, the offer is void. If a product is no longer available, any contract formed by an order will be cancelled.
A purchase contract is formed as soon as the customer places an order via the online shop, in-store, by phone, or email.
The receipt of an online order is confirmed by an automatically generated order confirmation sent to the provided email address. The receipt of this confirmation does not constitute a guarantee of delivery. It merely indicates that the order has been received and the contract has been concluded subject to availability and correct pricing.
4 Delivery Time
We strive to keep delivery times as short as possible. In general, if available, a product is shipped within 3–4 working days. If delivery is not possible, Tradiziun GmbH will contact the customer to propose an alternative solution acceptable to both parties.
5 Delivery / Pickup
The delivery address must be in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and easily accessible by postal delivery. If not, the customer will bear any additional costs.
If a product ordered for pickup is not collected within 14 days of the notified availability, the item may be returned to regular inventory. The customer then has no claim to availability.
6 Damage Claims
Customers must check delivered or collected products immediately for accuracy, completeness, and delivery damage.
In the case of shipping deliveries, any damage must be noted on the delivery slip.
Delivery damage, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries must be reported within 5 working days from the time of delivery or collection. The original packaging must be retained.
7 Warranty
The legally required warranty period of 1 year applies from the date of delivery or pickup. If certain suppliers offer longer warranty periods, these will be passed on to the customer.
Consumable parts such as batteries, rechargeable batteries, power cables, adapters, light bulbs, and candles are excluded from the warranty. Further exclusions of liability apply according to Section 8.
8 Liability and Exclusion of Liability
8.1 Liability
Liability is governed by the applicable legal provisions. However, Tradiziun GmbH shall in no event be liable for slight negligence, indirect and consequential damages, lost profits, unrealized savings, delays in delivery, or acts and omissions by Tradiziun GmbH.
The following situations are excluded from liability:
- improper, contract-breaching, or unlawful storage, adjustment, or use of products;
- use of incompatible replacement or accessory parts (e.g., power supplies);
- lack of maintenance and/or unauthorized modifications or repairs by the customer or third parties;
- force majeure, especially natural events, moisture, falls, or impact damage.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
All liability for loss or damage of any kind—whether direct, indirect, or consequential—resulting from the use of or access to the website or links to third-party websites is excluded. Despite all due care, we cannot guarantee error-free operation of the website. We reject all liability for manipulation of the user's IT system by unauthorized persons.
9 Payment
9.1 Payment Options
All invoices from Tradiziun GmbH are issued in Swiss francs.
Cash payment is only possible for pickups. In such cases, payment in foreign currency may be negotiated.
For credit card or other instant payment methods, charges are made at the time of order.
For advance payments, delivery takes place only after payment is received. Products are reserved for at least 14 days.
For purchase on account, the customer must pay the invoice within 30 days of receipt of delivery without any unauthorized deductions. In case of partial returns, the invoice amount can be reduced accordingly.
9.2 Payment Default
If the customer fails to meet payment obligations in whole or in part, all outstanding amounts become due immediately and further product deliveries will be suspended.
A processing fee of CHF 5.00 will be charged for the second reminder and CHF 20.00 for the third reminder. If reminders are unsuccessful, the invoice amount may be transferred to a collection agency, and an annual interest of up to 15% may be charged from the due date. The collection agency will claim the outstanding amounts in its own name and may charge additional processing fees.
9.3 Retention of Title
Ordered products remain the property of Tradiziun GmbH until full payment is received. Pledging, assignment as security, processing, or alteration is not permitted before full payment.
10 Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders are binding. Any changes or cancellations may be accepted at our discretion and may incur a processing fee of 20% of the cancelled order value, but at least CHF 20.–.
If delivery becomes impossible after the order is placed, the customer will be informed immediately. If the order has already been paid, the amount will be refunded. If no payment has been made yet, the order will be cancelled. Further claims due to delivery delays or non-delivery are excluded.
11 Repairs Outside of Warranty
The costs of repairs outside the warranty under Section 7 shall be borne by the customer. For products without detectable defects or defects not covered by warranty, we reserve the right to charge for the inspection and shipping costs.
12 Final Provisions
12.1 Severability Clause
If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid or ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and the GTC as a whole.
12.2 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
All legal relationships between Tradiziun GmbH and its customers are subject to substantive Swiss law. The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.
The following jurisdiction applies exclusively:
For all claims arising from purchase contracts in which Tradiziun GmbH is a contracting party, the place of jurisdiction is Samedan.
