    Use and Care

Heat the fondue pot with the cheese mixture and ingredients over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Avoid using the maximum power setting on an induction hob. Then, stir continuously until the cheese melts and bubbles form. Once this happens, place the fondue pot on the table rechaud. Use an aluminum disc between the fondue pot and the rechaud to ensure even heat distribution and protect the fondue pot. Reduce the rechaud burner's heat to a medium setting to prevent the cheese from burning.

After use, let the fondue pot stand briefly with cold water to make it easier to remove cheese residue. Then clean it with dish soap and a brush. The fondue pot is not dishwasher safe.

Small hairline cracks in the glaze allow for high resistance to temperature changes. With light glazes, these cracks may become more visible after repeated use. Please do not tap the edge of the fondue pot when making fondue. Also, be careful not to tap the edge of the fork during your meal, as this can damage the glaze or the clay.
