    Use and care

Heat the fondue pot with the cheese mixture and ingredients over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Avoid using the highest power setting on an induction hob. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and bubbles form. Once this happens, place the fondue pot on the tabletop hotplate. Use an aluminum disc between the fondue pot and the hotplate to ensure even heat distribution and protect the fondue pot. Reduce the heat on the hotplate burner to medium to prevent the cheese from burning.

After use, let the fondue pot stand briefly in cold water to remove any cheese residue. Then clean it with dish soap and a brush. The fondue pot is not dishwasher safe.

Small hairline cracks in the glaze ensure high resistance to thermal shock. In light-colored glazes, these cracks may become more visible after repeated use. Please do not tap the edge of the fondue pot while cooking. Also, be careful not to tap the edge of the fork while eating, as this could damage the glaze or the clay.
