Our folding mushroom knife impresses with a narrow, curved blade (80 mm) made of AISI 420 MoV steel , a serration, and an integrated brush. The high-quality walnut handle offers comfortable handling. With a hardness of approximately 55 HRC, the blade stays sharp longer and enables precise cuts, but requires careful handling. The knife is well balanced and weighs just 60 g. Total length with handle and brush: 185 mm.
