The Zisler Nut Cake is a well-known specialty from the Engadine region. It is made from a fine blend of walnuts, sugar, honey, butter, cream, and salt. Even today, it is prepared according to the original recipe and with great care to preserve the authentic Engadine flavor. Thanks to its shelf life, the Zisler Nut Cake is the ideal gift or souvenir. The packaging features a picture of the Bernina Vegl in Samedan (the former Bernina Inn), where the cake has been produced for 80 years.
